Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
This is unlikely because you washed your hands with soap and water.
but if your dog is rabid, chances are there.
i would advise you to get vaccinated.
Also, i advise you to get your dog vaccinated.
Since saliva contains rabies virus, so no one can say with full confidence that you can not contract the infection.
So, i would advise you to get vaccinated.

This is my best advise for you, if you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
