Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned to discuss with your treating doctor for following tests like [fasting blood sugar, TSH, ANA test, urine culture, ultrasound whole abdomen]

Do follow a few preventive steps like this-

1) Try to maintain ideal body weight.

2) Do not do invasive prenatal tests such as chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis.

3) Try to avoid smoking, alcohol, and illicit drugs during pregnancy.

4) Try to avoid infection during pregnancy.

5) Make a plan to reduce stress and stress affects your hormone level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
