Can Red Scabs, Dry Skin With Bumps On Stomach Be Mosquito Bites?
Yes, my 11 year old daughter says she has a lot of mosquito bites on her belly. I just looked at the bites, they appear to be bites and are red and some have scabes on them, the skin looks dry on some bumps. Can you tell what you think they are. Apparently they have been there about a week or two.

It can be an allergic reaction or insect bite reaction (IBR). Generally, it will settle by itself without any definite treatment If the lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
