Can Regular Mirtazapine 20mg Intake Cause Physical Weakness In An Elderly Woman?

I have an 86 year old mother with severe dementia. Her legs are so week and she walks with bent knees even though she has notheing physically wrong with her.She is very weak and is slowly loosing the ability to walk. She is going on 3.5 years taking 20 mg of Mirtazapine. Could this cause the weakness and can I just take her off of it all together.

no, in my opinion ,this do not cause weakness of legs/any physical weakness
but follow up w psychiatrist needed if patient is on anti-depressants CBC-HB% Need to check if patient is on chronic medication ,as anemia is cause of g weakness,caused by many factors diet/drugs/worms infestations
