Can Removal Of Mirena Coil Lead To Delayed Menstrual Cycle?

Hi I had marina coil since 29th nov 2012 had it out 12 sept 2013 bled day after for 4days I m sure that was my period I havnt bled since today is 15 oct 2013 I ve had 3 neg preg test but have all the symptoms even leakin breasts I have leg pain and chest pain please help jodie.
