Can Rheumatoid Arthritis Mask HCG Levels?

Hello, I have rheumatoid arthritis and think I am pregnant. I have had several negative UPTs and 2 negative serum preg tests. I have felt movement in my abdomen for almost 8 wks and have my 2nd appt with my OB-GYN for a definitive u/s next week. I still feel pregnant with pregnancy symptoms. Could my RA be masking my HCG levels?
