Can Roast With Potatoes And Vegetables Be Given While Having Diabetes And On Dialysis?

I am just searching for a diey for my friend who is a diabetic and on dialysis. She has a lot of like and dislikes. she doesn t lile crumbled ground beef. Was wonderling if a roast with potatoes and vegetables would be all right. Also my husband is diabetic and difficult to come up with his likes and dislikes.

Ya you can give him but leach green vegetables boil in water and then use for dialysis patient. Reduce quantity of potato as it increases sugar. More than beef better use chicken or egg white no yolk. Take care of protien it should not be too high. U can give good protien on dialysis.
