Can Rough Sex Cause Urinary Urgency?

hi . I had a little ruff sex the pass weekend , now I been having the urge to pee all the time.Once the urge comes ,I have to get to bathroom asap.The urge is strong where you cant hold.When i go at the end , i do feel a sensation urge feeling right above my pelvic area.. I also noticed spotting. Acouple of times I was dripping alittle of blood.
