Can Sinarest Be Taken Along With L Montus And Azithral 500 For Chest Congestion,fever And Nose Blockage?

hi.. I am suffering from chest congestion and fever and nose blockage.. I was takin l montus and azithral 500 this med was always prescribed to me by my doc..now I have added sinarest to it. just want to know are there any side effect of takin all 3 together.

at the outset, i would like to bring to your kind notice that self diagnosis is very hazardous.
do not get into such a thing..
do get yourself examined and investigated by a physician and get your diagnosis confirmed.
then do take proper treatment accordingly.
if confirmed, they can be taken altogether.
but be sure that they are really needed for you
