Can Sleeping Pills Cause Side-effects During Pregnancy ?
Hi i am using Brazepam 6mg and sandoz zopiclone for past few years as i have sleeping and anxiety disorder , how can this affect my baby in first trimester as i just found out i am pregnant, 6 weeks, daily intake 2 tablets of each at night. how can i get rid of using these tablets without all the symptons, anxiety , nausea , amnesia , etc.?

during pregency it is not safe to use these drugs.
why can't you try ayurveda medicines and sirodhara for the anxiety and depression.it is safe for you.
