Can Smoking Cause Seizures?

Doc, can somking cause ceasures (epilepsy)? I'am 40 years old 81 Kg and been epileptic for the past 3 years and use to be smoke. Since then I've been told that continuing smoking, (besides alchool, flashing lights,etc...) can be one of the cause that of ceasures. I need a confirmation since I started smoking again but number of crises hasn't increased.

hi dear,
smoking does not cause seizure but it lowers the concentration of your anti epileptic drugs and secondary seizure comes. so smoking direct have no effect but in alternative effect on it.
so stop smoking for better drug concentration.
Thank you
