Can Soreness And Pain From Shoulder Blade To Elbow After Accident Pose Serious Risk?

Hello, I fell during volleyball today and hurt my elbow and wrist. It hurts to extend it. Also, I have soreness/ tingly pain from my shoulder.blade on my back to my shoulder and down to my elbow. I didn t sees nurse and I was wondering if it s ok? Or should I go to the hospital. Thanks
