Can Soreness In Shoulder Mean Reinjury Of By Lifting Weights?

Have a nagging soreness in my shoulder. I initially hurt it in a fight. Had rehab as they thought there was a slight tear. I reinjured it lifting weights. I felt a slight crunch when I hurt it. It has been about 5 months now. It doesn't hurt everyday but it still clicks occassionally. Wondering should I continue with the light weights and bands or just rest it. Seems to feel better after working out but next day it is always sore.

Hi,
With the history, Its better to give adequate rest before restarting to lift weights as the repeated injury before complete recovery can lead to many problem later on. So I advice you to provide complete rest and start with warming exercise and light weights and later can increase weight gradually.

Regards
