Can Stapes Be Mobilised By Some Medicine Or Any Other Treatment Other Than Stapedectomy ?

My Right ear s stapedectomy had been done 23 years back. i m 44 now. what can be done for left year? Is stepedectomy is the only solution? Can t the stapes of left ear be mobilzed using any medicine or any other treatment?
