Can Stepping On The Chest Of An Infant By A Child Cause Internal Damage?

My 21 month old son just stepped on the chest of my 12 week old daughter while she was laying on the floor of the lounge room and he was walking over to the couch. She cried really upset for a few minutes but has since calmed down and is laying down again quite content looking at her toys. Should I be concerned that he hurt her internally?

hi I think she is fine as he stepped on her ribs if it was her stomach she may have had some problem. so don't worry, be careful next time.hope this is helpful to you, rate it if you like it. take care
