Can Stomach Aches And Pains, Dizziness With Cough And Cold Be Treated?

muscel ache and pains in my stomach dizzy tired throght hurting hot and cold had this for 3 days now and i cant stand it sleept for nearly 24hrs my face is so hot cant eat please help
and at the start i was coughing for ages still coughing now but not as much

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be a generalized viral infection or acute pharyngitis case. Your physical examination needs to be done especially pharynx examination.

If needed, CBC investigation and USG abdomen can be done according to the need. Symptomatic management will be done accordingly and also maintains hydration with lots of water.

A decongestant like Levocetirizine for five days can be prescribed for that. Consult the physician for examination, and accordingly get investigated.
