Your symptoms are indicative for possible food indigestion most probably due to: - getting cold easily - gastritis/GERD - do not chew up slowly/properly - food intolerance
I advise to take: - omeprazole or other PPIs for at least 2 weeks - take antacids after eating - simethicone for bloating - eat often and small portions - chew up slowly, do not rush - avoid citrus or oily/fried foods that can decrease stomach acidity - increase water intake
If no improvement within 2 weeks, then, should consult with GI specialist and run: - upper endoscopy - abdominal ultrasound - examination of stool for ova/parasites - culture of feces
to determine the right cause and decide for the most appropriate treatment.
Wish fast recovery! Dr.Albana
