Can Swollen Feet And Ankles Be Due To Changing Thyroid Medication From Levoxyl To Synthroid?

I m 51 yr old female. Intake 50 mg toprol for irregular heart rate and 25 mcg levoxlyol for thyroid. Last month my thyroid med was changed synthroid 25 mcg. Now I m having swollen feet and ankles. Could that be because of changing med brands.
