Can Symptoms Like Swollen Neck,and Sore Throat Causes To Loose Weight?

Hi How are you? I m just wondering been to a lot of doctors and can t find answers. I been losing weight like 12 in a month, swollen neck, glands, thyroid and body, body pain, fatigue, restless, tired, sore throat with cough but no sign of infection, night sweats and a gray color to my face and lips?

Your main complain is swollen throat ,sore throat and weight loss problem.

Check your thyroid functinon test. High t4 thyroxin can lead to hyperthyroidism. In hyperthyroidism there us more chanses of weight loss. ....dry cough...hyperactivity etc.

Sometime long term sore throat infection with....sputum may cause tuberculosis also.
In this case chest x ray is helpful for diagnosis.

Any thyroid tumor may cause thus type of symptoms. You have to do ultrasonography for further diagnosis.
