Can Taking 3 Birth Control Pills At The Same Time Cause Any Serious Problem?

Hi. Okay here s my situation. 2 Saturdays ago, I had intercourse and forgot to take my birth control pill that same night (Normin 28 Day) I normally take my pill before bed. I went to take my pill on Sunday and realised that I hadn t taken my pill for Saturday and freaked out. I took Saturday s, Sunday s and cause I always have a spare pack of pills, I took one from there as well so in total I took 3 in one night. I m a day late for my period and I usually get my period the same Tuesday every month and I m getting so worried. Are there any side affects to taking 3 pills in one go? Will it cause a late or missed period? Or am I pregnant? Please help!
