Hi,
As a medical practitioner we do not actively endorse any weight gain supplements because there have not been any long term studies on its effects. But if gaining weight is your quest then you should have 3 full meals a day with heavy dinners. Since the body's metabolism is at its lowest in the night therefore having a heavy meal at that time would make you store the extra calories as fat which would add bulk to your body. Also in the gym you can do free weight exercises which would help you add bulk. You should target a 3000 calorie a day diet to achieve your objectives. With that assuming an excess of 500 calories a day you would gain about half a kilo a week.

Thank you for your query
