Can Taking Happi 20 Be Safe For IBS?

Sir, I am a patient of mild gastritis. Recently I have been diagnosed with IBS. I am now taking 1 Happi 20 daily morning. Today I felt the synptoms of IBS with my BP and pulse rarte increased. I have gone to toilet 4 times each time with satisfactory bowel clearance. I am feeling somehow agitated. Hello,

You may take rabeprazole before breakfast. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.

Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. If symptoms not improved then get it done stool examination and upper GI endoscopy.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
