Can Taking Prolia Cause Bladder Infection?

I have osteopena and so far two of the treatments have given me serious side effects....bladder infection for several weeks, and extreme urination to the point of dehydration and eventually, loss of consciousness. I see that one of the side effects of prolia is bladder infection. Would it be prudent for me to not take this supplement?
