Can Tanning Bed And Diabetes Increase Chances Of Downs Syndrome In The Fetus?

i read that down syndrome is caused by eggs not seperating correctly at conception or something like that I am wondering if the fact that i laid for years in a tanning bed and the fact that i am diabetic and used clomid is going to mean if i conceive the chance of my baby having down syndrome is extrememly likely. I am 34 years old

Chances of having down syndrome increases aftr age of 35.risk inc.if family hx positive.
Diabetes only inc risks of baby..like large for dates babies
Also there is chance of hypoglycemia in baby after delivery.
