Can Tenodipin Be Taken Instead Of Stamlo Beta?

Hi my uncle got operated (brain surgery) for brain haemorage due to high bp(stroke 220/110) six months back. he has been advised to take levipil, eptoin and bp tablets(stamlo beta). now my question is can he take TENODIPIN in the place of stamlo beta???
