My daughter had a deep cat claw and it wernt a little red but we cleaned it and the redness went the next day. Two days later she had a tetnus shot to be safe.. Then she left for hong kong, now she is experiencing twitching in arms and legs .. is it tetnus or has she just a reaction to the vaccination?

Hi,

The first sign of Tetanus is usually twitching of muscles near the injury. She needs to go to emergency department asap.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
