Can The Bite Causing Swallowing And Breathing Problems Be Rabies?
last year i was bitten by my 2 months old puppy, that is august 13, 2010... then i have my anti rabies shot... last april 19 i was bitten again by our new puppy, i did not pay much attention, because it is only a little scratch on my skin.. i wash it with water... now i feel difficulty in swallowing and breathing... and sometimes i have headache, and feel so stress... am i possible carrier of rabies?

Yes there is definite chance that you have rabies. the first and most prominent symptom of the rabies is difficulty in swalowing especially to liquids. than progressively the virus spreads and you got difficuly in breathing headache. terminally the patient become isolated even thinking or sight of water causes pain in throat. ultimately patient dies. you should consult the nearby hospital. start the anti rabies vaccine. one more thing you sholud do is the brain biopsy of that puppy. if you find negri body in the brain. puppy is infected with the rabies virus. so you should be more awaked for it.
