Hi,
Report shows that there might be having degenerative changes in vertebral column producing bulging of intervertebral disc approaching spinal cord.
This can give pinched nerve problem and might give pressure symptoms on nerve giving rise Sciatica pain.
consult orthopedic surgeon for further line of treatment and physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy like back extension exercise and lumbar traction will be of much helpful.
Avoid more bending from back which will avoid more pressure on discs.
Ok and take care.
