Can The Numbness Be Caused By The Lisinopril?

I am having numbness in my hands while sleeping. I ve already had a EMG/nerve study and everything came back normal. I have read that some other people taking lisinopril have had the same symptoms as me and I have been taking lisinopril for over 2 years. It controls my blood pressure so I m hesitant to switch to another medicine. Can the numbness be caused by the medication?

It's a stretch. It doesn't have that much effect on the nerves. Panic attack can do it. Pretty many other medications can also do this (especially diuretics by changing the salt and acidity balance).
