Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face which occurs due to systemic changes and conditions such as thyroid and when skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel.Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Throxin can cause your symptoms. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy.
