Can Thyroid Blood Test Elevate PSA Results?

could a low thyroid blood test cause a slight elevation in psa results. my last blood work came back with low thyroid reading and an increase of from 3.31 last may to 4.11 this year. my doctor has scheduled another set oft blood tests in 6 months. in the meantime he has told me that this not a present problem, and told me not to worry. I also had a digital exam on my recent visit.

THERE IS NO RELATION OF THYROID WITH PSA.
SLIGHT INCREASE OF PSA MAY OCCUR AFTER A RECENT DIGITAL EXAMINATION OF PROSTATE.
I FULLY AGREE WITH YOUR DOCTOR THAT YOU SHOULD NOT WORRY.YOU MAY REPEAT TESTS AFTER 6 MONTHS
