Can Thyroid Problem Cause Hair Loss, Weight Gain, Mood Swings And Fatigue?

if you have a thyroid ploblem can it cause hair loss, weight gain, mood swings, fatigue forgettfulness dry skin with rad patches. These are some of my symtoms and I have been tested as normal. I do have had hashimotos disease when i was expecting my second chil who is now 16. feel very emtonal and defensive.

Thanks for posting your query.Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of hypothyroidism.If you have tested your thyroid profile more than 3 months back,you need to check it once again.it might have got deranged.

One more possibiltiy is hormonal disorder related to menopausal age.If you are above 45 years of age,you are in premenopausal group.
These symptoms are common in this age group due to hormonal imbalance.You need to consult a gynecologist and take hormonal replacement therapy.
