Can Tingling Sensation In Legs Be A Result Of Being Overweight?
I m experiencing some tingling in my legs. I m 58 year old female, fairly active although overweight (72KG). I have a sedentary job but walk about 3km /day on average. I m concerned about sodium/potassium levels - how do I ascertain if they re abnormal?

Get checked for fasting lipid profile, sugar levels and serum electrolytes onceonce. If they are normal engage in daily 30 min activities like jogging, swimming, cycling or any other physical activities. If any problem detected then treating the identified problem with the activities keep you fit and away from all the symptoms.
