Can Tiredness And Anxiety Be The Symptoms Of Fibromyalgia?
Hi, I m 18, a female, and I m always so tired. I eat well and exercise regularly, but I m always in pain I ve been to the ER and doctor many times and all.they do is give me.drugs and send me home I was looking at the symptoms that I have and they all seem to match up with fibromyalgia symptoms, including the fact that I have anxiety. Do you think it could be fibromyalgia?
Your symptoms are not related to Fibromyalgia, because two main symptoms of fibroamyalgia are dysphagia(difficulty or discomfort in swallowing) and bodyaches and you are not experiencing these. But I think that you suffer from anxiety disorder. You should change your lifestyle in order to improve your health status. 1. Avoid stressful situations. 2. You should think only for the present and not for the past or future. 3. You should start knowing yourself better. 4. Xanax is also recommended.
However you need the following tests to confirm the diagnosis: 1. Glucose test, to exclude Diabetes mellitus. 2. Complete blood count. 3. Liver function test. 4. Urine test.
