Can Tramadol Cause Dizziness And Stomach Upset?

I have RA, been taking Naproxen for a couple of years. Recent blood work showed slight elevated kidney function. Was told to take Tramadol in place of Naproxen. Did so yesterday & last night, felt funny today. Maybe like I had been drinking, a little dizzy, upset stomach, just didn t feel well. Very tired. Could it be the medication?

I really appreciate your concern the Tramadol is atypical type of opioid analgesic this may cause the dizziness nausea, stomach upset, in the begging but as you go on taking this medicine this side effects eliminates soon, if you are not comfortable with this drug then you can ask the doctor to change it, hope this information helps you have nice day.
