Can Untreated Abdominal Pain And Nausea Lead To Severe Illness?
ok my friend is a 22 yr old male n he weights roughly 190lbs 6 3 . He was diagnosed with a severe case of sun poisoning last summer. He is now having some health issues such as abdominal pain and sick to his stomach. My question is if he wasnt treated right can it lead to severe illness and.or death?
Sunburn may cause skin redness and blistering, pain and tingling, swelling, headache, fever and chills, nausea, dizziness, and dehydration. If he developed abdominal pain and vomiting may be he developed acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
Sun exposure may cause heat cramps, heat pyrexia, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke which is not treated lead to death.
So, avoid sun exposure, hydrate well, use cooling of body by making yourself wet all the time, use plenty of liquid, and use moisturizer cream. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor immediately.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
