General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is very vital at this stage to work out the underlying cause of the condition of incontinence via work up with CT IVP and uroflowmetry ahead before further systemic damage happens to kidneys.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
