Can Urinary Incontinence And Damaged Urethra Be Related To Having Had The Hysterectomy?

HI my name is Denise, I had a hysterectomy on March 27,2012. My organs was damaged the ureter and a hole was made in bladder. I had the repairs done,I wore a catherther for about six weeks so the hole in my bladder could heal. And a neuphostymybag so the ureter could heal I went to surgery on May 3,2012 to have the bags remove and the repairs done. I have urine leaking from my vagina after having my hysterectomy the urologist that I was seeing said that I had urinary incontinence and a damage urethra so thats why I was leaking urine and that a mid urethral sling would stop the leaking. I had the surgery 3 hours out of surgery the leaking began again and that was on DECEMBER 20,2013. The urologist had a different test done and said it was a fistula I went back to surgery he said he didnt see a fistula so he did another perceedure that he said woud work that was on January 31,2014 five days after the perceedure the leaking started again. I still have urine leaking out of the vigina. Now the urologist is saying that I have vaginal voiding and it cant be fixed. I am going to get a second opinion, because I have lost all hope in him. I believe that it is a fistula like the test stated I have to find a good urogenogolist that will run t be test and find the hole. Or tell me it can t be fixed.
