Can Using Eptoin Long Term Cause Sexual Side Effects?

Dear sir, i m suffering from epilepsy fits. Since 5years n i m using eptoin 100mg tablets daily 3nos. I have eeg and ct scan tests also result was normal but my doctor advised me to take tablet course for 3years, after 3year 2nd time attacked the fits, and now i m using for 3years as same tablets is there any side effect abt using this tablets and i m 23year old man, next month my marriage is there any sexual problem abt using this tablets. I beg u please give me ur best answer
