Can Vegetable Oil Cause Irritation To The Anal Cavity?

can vegetable oil (crisco shortening specifically) cause irritation to the anal cavity. I want to try fisting with my partner and have dome quite a bit of research and everyone says its fine (as long as there is no latex, which there will be none of). However, I am still a little apprehensive and want to get a direct answer from a doctor. Thanks!

Dear there is no studies shown the effects of vegetable oils on anal mucosa . In my point of view it may be not good for health and local area.

Use lubricant jelly better than vegetable oil on mucosa.
