Can Vinegar Prove Beneficial For Scabies?
microscopic red dots appear on the skin after being bitten.have been to dermatologist and they can not give an answer /live with elderly parents can this be coming from them? also they show no signs that I can tell.this has been going on for about 4 years.how long can scabies or chiggers last on the human body.i put vinegar in bath water which helps .they seem to go away for a few days and then their back.i have cleaned and sprayed everything I so not know what else to do need help? not sure if this is being transferred to each other.not sure id its contengious?

Scabies is caused by a mite. It can spread to other members in the family.
Scabies lesions are usually itchy involving, abdomen, thighs, genitals, trunk, arms.
It is characterised by nocturnal itching.
Scabies is easy to diagnose clinically. I would advice that you consult a dermatologist for a clinical examination of your condition. Treatment of scabies is simple.
Vinegar is not approved for treatment of scabies.
I usually ask my patients to apply a miticidal cream (Available on prescription) on the whole body after a scrub bath and leave it overnight for 8 hours.
Washing of all the clothes, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels etc is recommended.
