Can Vitamin B12 And Berocca Vitamin Intake Cause Any Adverse Effects Leading To Gastric Issues?

Hi doc I am having a sort of acid reflux n gastric. If I take regularly next um/ ganaton it’s help . However recently I hv been taking vit b12 n berocca vit. Does these vit aggregate my stomach gastric? I m also having a constipation . After I taken the berocca seem like my constipation improve . Just wonder if the berocca vit cause acid reflux cos it contain vit C n dissolve in water but gassy

I don't think that vitamin B12 and berroca can aggravate gastritis. Possibly vitamin B12 deficiency you are having may be caused by gastritis. You can take them.
