Can Vomiting With Knee Pain Be Part Of Growth Spurts?

My 14 YO son has vomited 2 each of the last 4 mornings, usually about 7an. after he vomits he is fine starting at about noon and has a mostly normal diet the rest of the day. he also seems to have grown about 1 - 1 1/2 in the past month. He also complains of Knee pain. This happened about 20 months ago and there was a growth spurt at that time too. Could this growth spurt be the cause?

Hello. i just read through your question. knee pain can occasionally be a sign of growth. however, vomiting is not typically associated with this. if the morning vomiting continues, i recommend consulting with your doctor.
