Can We Confirm The Delivery Method - Normal Or C-section - From Scan Report?

I am 40 weeks pregnant, my due date as per the scan report is 17-12-2013.
my ultra sound done on 30-11-2013,
a single intrauterine gestation, bpd 9.43cm,HC 34.22cm, ac 31.57cm, fl 7.27cm, efw 3005g, cervical length 3cm, placenta is at fundal, anterior wall with grade 2 maturity, biophysical profile score 8/8.
could u explain my case, and will I hav normal or c-section delivery?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Going by above mentioned parameters, you may try a normal delivery. Factors are favorable keeping in mind the placental position. Other factors which favor a normal delivery include cephalic presentation and adequate amount of amniotic fluid pockets. The baby must also not be in distress.
