Can We Try To Conceive When Widal Test Has Shown Positive For Typhoid?
I had Typhoid around three months back, gone with full course of antibiotics for 15 days and fever went off.
I had not got any fever since last two months, but during my general checkup 2 days back i again discovered positive typhoid in my widal test with readings ; O:1:80 , H- 1:160, A- 1:40, B:1:40.
But i am not getting any fever these days, so please tell me is this possible that typhoid is stayed in me.? and is this serious and what should i do now.
Also Me and my husband are trying for our first baby, so please suggest is it safe to try under these results.?

You have taken treatment for typhoid fever and you are without fever now, but the widal test is positive does not mean you are suffering for typhoid fever still.
The titres you have mentioned will stay in our population even without significant infection due to endemicity of typhoid in our population.
so don't worry about the test, you can have a baby and be happy as it does not affect your baby.
