Can Weakness In Hand, Multiple Muscle Strains And Sciatica After An Accident Be Symptoms Of MS?

I had an accident 10 yrs ago that caused a muscle strain, right side sciatica, and movement of my L3-L5 vertebrae. Since then I have had weakness and dropping of items in my right hand with numbness of the ring and pinky fingers. Also multiple muscle strains (all on my right side). And now currently sciatica all the time on the right side and now starting on the left. I have had EMG s for my back, legs, and arm (all were negative of nerve problems). Dr refuses to have an MRI done. Is there any way this could be beginning stages of MS?
