Can Weed Brownie Cause Severe Nervous Convulsions?

Hello. I am a 31 year old female who has never done any illecit drugs, do not smoke but consumes alcohol socially. I attendeda party on sunday where I consumed a weed brownie. Within an hour after, my head felt woozy and I felt an out of body experience. I noticed my lips were sticking to my teeth prior but didnt think anything of it. My limbs went weak, my eyelids were heavy and my mouth felt like cotton. I managed to get into the house and consume large quantities of water which eased the feeling of passing out. As I took the bottled water out of my mouth , my mouth instantly felt dry, taste funny and was sticking together and I was losing consciousness immediately. I made it to the hospital but managed to not pass out because I drNk water for about an hour straight. I experienced convulsions and while in the emergency room I felt heat overcoming my body then it will pass. I got np iv fluids but blood work came back positive for mafijuana alone. Its 2 days later and i still am having slight involuntary movements and a bit out of it. Was that a normal reaction? Is it weed alone that can do that ?
