hi i have Gained 7 kilos from last year and now i feel i have difficulty in breathin i am 67kG 168cm 23 year old female or is it because i do not exercise as much when i Go to the drs they say there is nothin wronG maybe because my mom past away 2 monthes aGo but still i think weiGht Gain has somethin to do with it

It is possible that the weight gain would have likely contributed to your shortness of breath.

Cardiac or lung disease should still be ruled out by physical assessment and investigations such as an ECG or chest x ray.
