Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I take nurotin ,zanax and wellbutrin, vicodin.just started well b 2 weeks ago ,first bad nightmares that went away but now very dizzy ,lightheaded and feel like fainting .could this be from well b others I have been taken for long time, this is only change?
Hi, Dizziness is one of the common side effect of Wellbutrin (bupropion). And as described by you, other medications are unlikely to be the reason for current symptoms as you are taking them for a long time. Dizziness usually subsides over time with Wellbutrin. I would suggest you to wait if the symptoms are tolerable. If not you can ask for an alternative. I would also recommend blood pressure readings only to rule out any alterations. I hope the above information helps you. Thanks for writing into healthcare magic. Have a nice day.
