Hi,Prem kumar,thanks for your query.By and large your report is normal.Qs in inferior leads some times points towards some old issue.If you are having any trouble like chest pain,hypertension etc.,it is better that you go for 2-d echo by a cardioligist to look for the possible cause.

QS complexes in the inferior leads suggests an old heart attack involving the inferior surface of the heart. This is a dangerous issue. It needs medical/interventional management. You need to do an ECHO and/or angiogram to see where the arteries are blocked and also may need a Coronary angioplasty. Stay away from fatty food, junk food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Control blood sugar. Check the Blood lipid levels as well. See your Cardiologist as soon as possible.

Hi, Our heart is a four walled chamber, having right and left atria and ventricles.Normally the heart beat starts from sino atrial node which is situated at the junction of the two atrias. It gives at the rate of 60 to 100 times/ min. The impulse given travels from sa node to av node (situated between two ventricles) to purkinje fibres (situated at the base of ventricles).When the impulse starts from sa node it is denoted as p wave in ecg. pr interval is the time required for the impulse to travel to the purkinje fibres. QRS complex is the time required for the heart muscles to contract as the impulse passes. Once the muscle contracts it has to relax , so this relaxation period is ST segment. It is the time period before the next impulse is released.
